VISA FOR AUSTRALIA

  1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

    You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least TWO blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

  5. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS

    Each applicant should submit two color photographs. Photographs should be 2" x 2" in size, taken against a plain white background. Snapshot or computer picture will not be accepted.

  6. ITINERARY

    Confirmed Itinerary or copies of your round trip air tickets is required.

  7. PROOF OF LODGING

    Hotel confirmation from the hotel you are staying at while in Australia. If visiting friends or family, letter of invitation which includes name of friends or family, address and telephone number in Australia is required.

  8. HEALTH INSURANCE

    Proof of health insurance with medical coverage valid while traveling abroad.

  9. PROOF OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT

    Proof of financial support, i.e. bank statements or copies of the last 3 paystubs.

  10. LETTER FROM EMPLOYER

    Letter from employer verifying your employment and stating that you will be returning to the job after the trip.

  11. LETTER FROM APPLICANT

    Letter from applicant explaining purpose of trip and plans for the stay in Australia.

  12. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS

    Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of U.S. permanent resident card or copy of U.S. visa).

  13. FIT FOR TRAVEL CERTIFICATE (For age 70 or over)

    Applicants age 70 or over must have a "Fit for Travel" certificate completed. This does not need to be completed by a panel physician, but must be filled out be a registered Medical Doctor.

  14. BUSINESS LETTER (For Business only)

    Applicants applying for a business visa should submit a business letter from the U.S. based company explaining the purpose of the visit.

  15. EMBASSY FEE

    $100.00 per visa - For stay up to 3 months

  16. SERVICE FEE

    $75.00 per visa - 1 to 2 week processing
    (Processing time may vary according to nationality.)

  17. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

    $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
    $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
    $35.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
