VISA FOR MOZAMBIQUE

  1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

    You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least 2 blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

  4. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS

    Each applicant should submit two identical color photographs. Photographs should be 2" x 2" in size, taken against a plain white background. Snapshots or computer pictures will not be accepted.

  5. FLIGHT ITINERARY

    Provide a copy of flight itinerary or copy of round trip tickets.

  6. PROOF OF LODGING

    Provide a copy of hotel confirmation. If staying with friends or relatives, provide an invitation letter from friends/relatives with their address in Mozambique.

  7. LETTER OF INVITATION (For private visit only)

    If you are visiting someone privately, letter of invitation from the host from Mozambique is required.

  8. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

    Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. photocopy of U.S. permanent resident card or photocopy of U.S. visa.)

  9. BUSINESS LETTER (For Business only)

    Provide a business letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

  10. EMBASSY FEE

    $20.00 per visa - 2 month single entry for stay up to 30 days
    $40.00 per visa - 2 month double entry for stays up to 30 days per entry
    $40.00 per visa - 3 month multiple entry for stays up to 10 - 15 stays per entry

    Regular processing takes approximately 13 business days. 4 day rush available for an additional $20.00 per visa to the embassy. Same or next day processing available for an additional $50.00 per visa to the embassy.

  11. SERVICE FEE

    $39.00 per visa - 13 business day processing
    $75.00 per visa - 5 business day processing
    $100.00 per visa - Same or next day processing

  12. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

    $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
    $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
    $35.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
