VISA FOR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO (KINSHASHA)

  1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

    You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least 2 blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

  4. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS

    Each applicant should submit two color photographs. Photographs should be 2" x 2" in size, taken against a plain white background. Snapshots or computer pictures will not be accepted.

  5. FLIGHT ITINERARY

    Provide a copy of flight itinerary or copy of round trip tickets.

  6. VACCINATION FOR YELLOW FEVER

    Proof of vaccination certificate for yellow fever is required.

  7. LETTER OF INVITATION

    Provide a notarized letter of invitation from Democratic Republic of Congo host or friend.

  8. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

    Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. photocopy of U.S. permanent resident card or photocopy of U.S. visa.)

  9. TWO BUSINESS LETTERS (For Business only)

    Provide two original copies of business letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

  10. EMBASSY FEE

    $75.00 per visa - Single entry for up to 1 month stay
    $120.00 per visa - Multiple entry for up to 1 month stay
    $140.00 per visa - Single entry for up to 2 month stay
    $180.00 per visa - Multiple entry for up to 2 month stay
    $190.00 per visa - Single entry for up to 3 month stay
    $220.00 per visa - Multiple entry for up to 3 month stay
    $264.00 per visa - Single entry for up to 6 month stay
    $360.00 per visa - Multiple entry for up to 6 month stay

    Regular processing takes 5 business days. 24 - 48 hour processing available for doubling the embassy fee.

  11. SERVICE FEE

    $100.00 per visa - 24 - 48 hour processing
