VISA FOR BURUNDI

1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

   You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least 2 blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

2. THREE VISA APPLICATION FORMS FOR BURUNDI

4. THREE PHOTOGRAPHS

   Each applicant should submit three color photographs. Photographs should be 2" x 2" in size, taken against a plain white background. Snapshots or computer pictures will not be accepted.

5. FLIGHT ITINERARY

   Provide a copy of flight itinerary or copy of round trip tickets.

6. VACCINATION FOR YELLOW FEVER

   Proof of vaccination certificate for yellow fever is required.

7. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

   Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. photocopy of U.S. permanent resident card or photocopy of U.S. visa.)

8. BUSINESS LETTER (For Business only)

   Provide a business letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

9. EMBASSY FEE

   $80.00 per visa

   Visa for Burundi is usually valid for 3 months from date of issue, for a single entry. The maximum length of stay is not to exceed 30 days.

10. SERVICE FEE

    $39.00 per visa - 7 business day processing

11. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

    $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
    $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
    $35.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
