TOURIST VISA FOR BELARUS
The following are the requirements for a U.S. passport holder to obtain a tourist visa to Belarus:
Your valid U.S. passport. You must have at least 3 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Belarus. You must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.
One Visa Application Form for Belarus, completed in full, giving particular attention to your entry and exit dates into and out of Belarus. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time.
One 2" x 2" passport type photograph.
An original invitation from a hotel in Belarus. Or, if staying privately, your relatives or friends should obtain invitation (“zaprashenne”) for you at the local passport and visa office of the Ministry of Interior and send it to you.
Print and fill out our Visa Processing Order Form completely.
If you formerly had USSR or Belarusian citizenship, please submit the documents proving the loss of USSR/Belarusian citizenship.
