BUSINESS VISA FOR BELARUS

1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

   You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 3 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least TWO blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

4. PHOTOGRAPH

   Each applicant should submit one 2" x 2" color photograph. Photo must be with a plain white background.

5. ORIGINAL LETTER OF INVITATION

   An original letter of invitation from an agency, company or organization in the Republic of Belarus, which is registered as a legal entity by the Belarusian authorities. A letter of invitation should be printed on the official letterhead with a registration number, date of issue, and should bear the signature of an official and a corporate seal. It should also indicate the expected duration of the applicant's stay in Belarus. An inviting party must provide written guarantees that an invitee will abide by the rules and regulations applied to foreign citizens in the Republic of Belarus.

6. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

   Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of U.S. permanent resident card or copy of U.S. visa).

   Single Entry (for stay up to 90 days):

   $131.00 per visa - 7 business day processing
   $262.00 per visa - 24 hour processing

   Double Entry (for stay up to 90 days):

   $131.00 per visa - 7 business day processing
   $262.00 per visa - 24 hour processing

   Multiple Entry (for stay up to 90 days):

   $131.00 per visa - 7 business day processing
   $262.00 per visa - 24 hour processing

   Multiple Entry (for stay up to one year):

   $350.00 per visa - 7 business day processing
   $700.00 per visa - 24 hour processing

8. SERVICE FEE

   $39.00 per visa - 7 business day processing

9. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

   $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
   $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
   $35.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)

NOTE: Former USSR or Belarusian citizen should submit documents proving loss of USSR or Belarusian citizenship.
