VISA FOR BARBADOS

U.S. passport holders do not need a visa for Barbados.

To apply for a visa to Barbados, please mail the following documents to our offfice:

ACTUAL PASSPORT
   

You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least six months of validity left beyond your intended stay in Barbados, and must have at least TWO blank visa pages. Amendment pages do not count.

Download Visa Processing Order Form. Up to three applicants can be combined on one visa processing order form.

  PHOTOGRAPHS
    Each applicant should submit two 2" x 2" passport type color photographs. The photographs should be of good quality and with a plain white background.

  BUSINESS LETTER AND LETTER OF INVITATION (For business visa only)
   

For business visa, submit BOTH business letter and letter of invitation:

  • Business Letter should be on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.
  • Letter of Invitation should be issued from the host company in Barbados.

  PROOF OF U.S. STATUS
    Copy of U.S. permanent resident card (front and back) or copy of valid U.S. visa.
  CONSULATE FEE
   
  • $50.00 per visa - Single entry
  • $100.00 per visa - Multiple entry
  SERVICE FEE
   
  • $50.00 per visa

The processing time usually takes four business days. Under some circumstances, the processing may take longer.

The processing time commences from the day the application submitted to the consulate. Saturdays, Sundays and consulate scheduled holidays do not count as processing days.
  RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS
    $23.00 per address: Up to three passports
$28.00 per address: Four to six passports
$35.00 per address: Ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery
