VISA FOR ALGERIA

  1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

    You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least TWO blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

  2. TWO VISA APPLICATION FORMS FOR ALGERIA

    Click here to download Visa Application Form for Algeria. Each applicant should submit two visa application forms for Algeria. Forms must be typed online (handwritten will not be accepted) and the signature on both forms must be in original ink.

  3. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS

    Each applicant should submit two identical 2" x 2" passport type photographs.

  4. TRAVEL ITINERARY

    A copy of your travel itinerary or copy of round trip tickets is required.

  5. HOTEL CONFIRMATION

    A copy of hotel confirmation in Algeria is required.

  7. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

    Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of U.S. permanent resident card or copy of U.S. visa).

  8. BUSINESS LETTER (For business only)

    Business letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

  9. LETTER OF INVITATION (For business only)

    Letter of invitation from the host company in Algeria.

  10. EMBASSY FEE

    $131.00 per visa

    NOTE:

    • 15 business day processing applies to U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent residents only. For others, Algeria government approval is required and it may take a month for the visa processing.

    • Embassy of Algeria is closed on Fridays.

  11. SERVICE FEE

    $100.00 - 15 business day processing
    $150.00 - 8 business day processing

  12. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

    $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
    $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
