BUSINESS INVITATION FOR RUSSIA

RUSSIAN VISA MUST BE REGISTERED WITHIN THREE DAYS UPON ARRIVAL IN RUSSIA. THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVELERS TO COMPLY WITH THIS LAW STATED BY THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT.

All invitations will be processed through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia. The following are the requirements for foreign citizens to a business invitation for Russia:

• A clear scanned copy of the photo/information page from your passport, and clear scanned copy of all previous Russian visa(s) in current passport emailed to info@passportsplus.com. The copy must be legible.

• Business Invitation Request Form for Russia. All items on the form must be completed in full, giving particular attention to your entry and exit dates into and out of Russia. Incomplete request forms may delay the processing time.
